Yes. The 3200MHz RAM will automatically downclock itself to run at 2666MHz to match your laptop's motherboard limits or the speed of your existing RAM stick.
DDR3 operates at 1.5 volts, whereas DDR3L (Low Voltage) operates at 1.35 volts. If your laptop requires DDR3L, installing standard DDR3 will usually result in the laptop failing to boot. The G.Skill Ripjaws and Netac models we stock clearly specify their voltage types.
